There are a million threads on swapping in turbo engines and building 6-port turbos. The short answer is no, you can't just bolt turbo parts onto an NA engine. There is a lot of custom fabrication needed, and a standalone EMS is preferable to properly tune the engine.

Do it once and you wont have to repeat ****.
Good luck and hopefully before you drop it in you do a rebuild or make sure comp is good. Also other things should be bought. Trans and rear diff
This is one of the most recent and complete turbo swap threads. It's mostly for S4 swaps, but the S5 will only differ in part numbers and which ecu pins need to be addressed.

Well, really, you can bolt up the turbo stuff, but you need ALL the turbo stuff. I'm doing an NA-T conversion this summer, using s4 T2 uim, lim, MAF, MAP, the works. Pretty much all that's left of the non-turbo engine is the bare block. People usually do this if they have just rebuilt the NA engine (like me) and don't want to give it up. Still recommended that you get the T2 transmission and driveline, cuz the NA one is much more likely to break with the gained torque.

It doesn't quite bolt together. The lower intake has to be modified, and you need to source fuel and oil for the turbo.
My opinion is that if you are using the outward parts to convert the NA engine to turbo, you're ahead of the game if you just start with the 4 port block in the first place. Sell the fresh NA engine and use the money to rebuild a 4 port block.
