ON gear used on highway, RX7 FD3S vs GTR r32

Hi, I am relatively new and have a question,
I have a GTR r32 modified and a stock FD3S,
when I drive on highway, about 100km/hr, I use 5th gear for the RX7, and the rpm is about 2,500-3,000, but when Im driving the GTR and using 5th gear at speed 100km/hr, the rev is only 2,000rpm and it doesn't accelerate/ accelerate very very slowly even when I floor the gas, so I have to use 4th gear to pick up the speed,
is that normal for the GTR, using 4th gear on highway?
Also I feel my GTR is slower at 0-60 acceleration compare to my stock RX7, maybe it is the bigger HKS turbos in the GTR? when I floor the gas, my RX7 shoots out, but the GTR has to wait a second or two.

any comments? thanks
