Blown Apex Seal, Damage Assessment?

I'm sure questions like this have been asked time and time again so I'll post it here. But, I'm also asking specifically about the damage I see and it's relative severity...so here goes

I have 1 blown apex seal on the rear rotor. The other two seals look good. All seals are good on the front rotor.

So far, I've just done a visual inspection through the exhaust ports. You can clearly see the damaged seal and then some obvious gouging on the rotor itself. Apparently, the seal was blown and the car was limped home...so the debris spent a good amount of time in the engine after it came apart causing some likely secondary damage.

This is kind of an impossible question to answer, but what are the chances that rotor and housing are still good? How does this damage typically compare to other blown seal damage (newbie question)? Can rotors and housings that have been gouged be reworked (blended smooth)? How much damage is tolerated before you have to scrap the parts? To the unaided eye, the damage on the rotor looks kind of minor to me, and it looks like it could be blended out. Maybe this causes a performance hit but it would be so little I don't think I'd notice (so I think anyway).

I'm more worried about the aluminum housing...if that gouging is present on the rotor what shape is the housing in?

I'm considering tearing it down and getting a good look but I am curious about what you all think about the damage from these pictures. Since I didn't mention it, the car is a stock 1984 RX7 GSL-SE 13B. Was converted to a Dellorto carb setup and may have had some lean fuel tuning issues that caused this failure.

Thanks!

With damage like that, I would expect to see damage on the housing. Hope for the best, expect the worse..

Im sure the housing has damage I don’t believe these can be fixed you will need new housings. Well a new housing
