What year RX-7? What are your power goals? What is the intended use of the car? What turbo models have you been looking at? What is your budget? What standalone are you running or intend to run?

I can't speak to whether Innovative makes better turbos then Garrett. I really only use Garrett turbos and have had no issues with them.

Now, 500HP is a big goal. Starting from scratch, $10K might not cover it. Off the top of my head, you are looking at:

-big turbo (T4R, GT40R, T70, etc.)
-manifold, wastegate, etc.
-full exhaust and downpipe
-FMIC/VMIC, piping, BOV
-full standalone EMS
-fuel system (big pump, big injectors, FPR, lines)
-upgraded rad
-clutch
-at least a few gauges
-maybe some tires to get that power to the ground?

Head over to the Single Turbo forum and start reading.
