Any good FD shops near Sacramento?

Bought an 93 FD a couple of years ago manual with 80k miles and have some electrical and mechanical issues that need to be addressed. I wish I had the time to play with it but I work full time away from the FD, and start Med school in august so time is non-existent.
Here's the problems I can diagnose.

Problematic coolant system. coolant buzzer won't go off. The previous owner removed the a/c and power steering so i'm wondering if he unhooked the wiring for the coolant buzzer. (I don't want to ground it out or remove the buzzer)

I have all the a/c and power steering parts and would like it reinstalled back to stock.

Oil pressure gage shaking like crazy I'm guessing a bad oil pressure sending unit?

May need 5th gear synchro as it ground a bit going into 5th gear on latest drive after sitting for a year...

I'm debating whether fixing all the stupid little problems or doing a full overhaul replacing all soft lines and bushings etc. As it is probably time to refresh the whole thing. Maybe even time for a full rebuild/overhaul??.

It really needs to be gone through by someone who knows what they are doing.

As for shops around Sacramento, I read that Josh at ****** motor sports garage in Elk grove may be able to help. I shot him an email but it didn't go through, anyone know if he's still around and willing to work on FDs?

Anyone have an idea of what it would cost to do an overhaul on the engine replacing old soft lines etc. If I decide to start fresh I know i can buy a reman engine from a nearby Mazda dealer? Is that the way to go vs a rebuild kit? not sure what Malloy has them for.

Love the FD and would hate to part with it so I would appreciate some help. Thanks
