After replacing radiator cold start got more difficult

Hello guys :)

So I replaced my oem radiator with KOYO Rad (ZY-HH060642) due to OEM Radiator leaking.
Whenever I cold start my rx7, sometimes the car have trouble starting up. It sounds like the engine is flooded. After revving it slightly for a quick second, it chokes for a quick bit and continues to do the usual idle. (like the rpms jump to 3k then starts to drop as the engine warms up)
**IF I do not rev the engine slightly, the car dies as if there's an issue within the fuel system.**
I let it run for about 30 seconds, turn off the car and start it up again. The car starts up normal afterwards. Any idea of the situation? I have a feeling my injectors are just getting too old now. (Still running on OEM injectors)

So I was able to get a video of the situation .. this is me starting it up after it has been sitting for a week.. and blown coolant seals are the last thing I want ..after it does it’s usual warm up, the smoke starts to clear and idles like usual..when I shut the car off and turn it back on.. it’s starts up fine :/.. idk what this could be
