AFM going or just wrong one.

Hey all, this is my first post so I'll start by saying hi. To jump right into my question I'll try and give as much info as I can.

1987 Rx7 with 1990 turbo 2 engine 5 speed manual

So here's the issue, I was driving the car completely issue free for a couple years. I parked it, and the following year I went to start it and it just cranks like crazy. Will fire up briefly and then die. Now I have narrowed it down to the AFM I believe because if I prop open the flapper it runs and drives, just rich (obviously.) Also checked plugs, compression, fuel filter and fuel pump. I pulled the AFM to check resistances and gave it a good cleaning to make sure she wasn't sticking. Every thing checked out. So now I have the issue that I can't remember if I change the AFM for some dam reason and if I even have the correct one in here. I believe my car has S5 wiring harness, but I can't be sure. is there a visual means of telling s4 na/turbo apart from s5?

Thoughts? Thanks.

the s4 is flapper the s5 is a plunger.. also the plug is 5 wires on the S5, 7 on the s4.

turbo is n370
N/a is n350.
