AEM Fuel Pump Installation

I started to install my new AEM mFul Pump yesterday, but had to shut it down when the ownerrs of the property wherre i live showed up ha ha . I will resume this morning, or maybe work at night :egrin:.
The AEM Fuel Pump came with a soft cover for the pump and I noticed my stock fuel pump does not have one. Is it safe to use the AEM Fuel Pump Cover? I also noticed the stock negative ground and positive ground loops seem to be bronze, or copper. Can I use a regular aluminum loop connector? Or should I use the same type that the factory used? I'm not sure if they prevent and type of arching, or electrical hazards.

Not sure about the cover,
But I would be concerned about using bare aluminum anything in my fuel system

Especially electrical connectors.

The pump fuel we use now contains 10% ethanol which is know to create corrosion issues with bare aluminum.

Generally aluminum is not the best for connectors anyhow.

Ah, good to know, thank you. I will see what type of ground loop connectors are available at my local autoparts stores. I'm not sure I'll use the fuel pump cover, it seems like gasoline would eat it up.

The fitment isn't 100, the fuel screen is in the way a little, but it's secure.
