Advice needed for 300-350 HP from an S5 T2

Hi guys, I have kept my 89' fc turbo in stock for about two years and finally decided to mod on it. I would need some advices on what parts should I get

My target hp range is about 300-350whp
Would like have a bit reliability, since I would drive it on weekends and on tracks.

Right now, I have got these parts:
Koyo radiator
Goodyear intercooler
Hks blow off valve
Haltech ecu
Straight pipes

And some cabin or suspension parts but I don't think it will affect the power
Full roll cage, suspension, etc

Would be appreciate if you guys can give me some specific brands and parts

welcome to the board. :)

i won't speak much on brands simply because i do not have a 300+ Rx-7 for myself in my garage.

the first question to YOU is what kind of budget are you working with? the second question is who is doing the work?

what i can say for sure is you're going to need more turbo, a good wastegate, intercooling, fuel, a good downpipe, exhaust, and possibly some R & R for the ignition.

a few other thoughts/opinions i have on this are:
1. unless you have big budget or the ABSOLUTE desire to do so, you don't need to get fancy with the turbo. a T04 of just about any flavor should get you what you want. for example, i have remained a huge fan of both the T04R/Z and the 60-1 despite their being better (arguably), newer GTs and GTXs of similar size. i mention that as just something to think about.

2. for fuel, you have choices. i happen to be a fan of ID, but haven't used them yet. however, they are fairly expensive and as i tried to illustrate with the turbos above, older methods work. what matters is you meet your fuel requirements and give yourself some extra room - just in case.

3. i've never heard about Goodyear intercoolers, but that's neither here nor there with whether or not it will get the job done for you.

my advice would be as a part of your research that you should be doing, you can now use what i suggested as a loose guide and then bring the parts you find to this thread and see what the Gen II guys think about them.

Brands are opinions a lot of the times.. Decent turbo, decent port job, injectors, clutch, exhaust, intercooler, good tune.
