do you guys have any idea why the top left bolt on the starter will not come off. I put an air wrench on the bolt and the bolt just keeps turning, but the bolt and starter will not come off. the bottom bolt is out.

Welcome to the board. :)

You may need to put a wrench on the nut on the other side of it. The engine ground for the battery is connected to that bolt.
