I have a 86 gxl I have had for a few weeks now. So here's my story sorry if its long and drug out just wanna cover all of what is going on. So I drove my car to a car meet about 110 mile drive drove great and ran even better, got there had my hood up meet was about 5 hours long ish starter my car to leave and it ran like poo right off the bat. Thought that it was a fouled plug so I rev'd it up it was very hesitate till I got up in the rpms drove away thinking if I mashed on it, it would clean out. Didn't work like I had thought the car died about a mile down the road and wouldn't start back up would just fire off then die. I did some research and checked everything I could in the pissing down for 3 hours before I gave up and called for a tow home. The next I decided to try and see what was wrong had my friend come over with his fc so we could try his tps and afm, and still the same results. Tested my injectors and they all ohm tested 2.7 and they were all clean. I was told by the previous owner that they were sent off and clean a little back and they look like it. I replaced all my fuel lines under the hood and checked every vacuum line they are all good, even checked all the vacuum port switches there good. Put it back together and still did the same thing. So my mechanic said to put a little gas in a cup and suck it into a vacuum line, what do you know it ran so that means fuel issue. I tested fuel pressure and it was good just to be on the safe side I changed the fuel filter and the pump still did the same thing. My mechanic pinched of my return line and it would run so he said pressure regulator. So I changed that and still didn't fix it. I need ideas I want my baby back on the road

Did you try to deflood the engine after all of the changes made? How did you test for fuel pressure and what numbers did you get?

Yes the engine wasn't flooded. I dont remember what it tested but was in spec.
