85 RX7 Oil Cooler

First post and first time owner of 85 Rx7. Need to know which oil cooler is best for this car, the factory beehive or front mount? If front mount, what is all that I need to convert it from beehive to front mount? Thanks

Stock FMOC is the best option. Check the link in my sig on my 'How To' thread for installing an FMOC on beehive 12As.

Front mount is the best choice, cools a lot better since is the air doing the cooling and not the hot radiator water

Mazda has one of the best oilcoolers. If you compare aftermarket vs mazda the price is very different because of the quality. You can still find mazda rx7 fmoc very cheap
