Well idk what to say I got an 83 Rx7 about 4 months ago when I got it it ran and drove then I pulled the engine with intention to rebuild it got it tore down and then I started looking at the v8 7s so then came the twist I took this old Chevy 307 v8 relatively stock and a th350 its taken me about 3 days to mount the thing and I think it looks good so far but my question is what all can I take off the wiring harness cause all I need is alternator wiring and a power wire for the hei distributor help please

Anything emission related can be ditched. Which is a shit load of it. get on foxed.ca and look on the 1st gen manual to weed through the useless crap you can rip out.

You dont really need any of the stock wiring except gauge sensor wiring and headlight what nots.
