2000cc secondary fuel issue.

Hey everyone new to the site I bought my FD about a year and a half ago with a lot of quality mods. Its single turbo with with stock primary injectors and 2000cc secondaries with power fc. Engine bay cleaned up no rats nest power steering or ac its been running awesome at about 14 psi close to 400hp would be my guess.

So about a month ago I switched the complete turbo set up from a garrett 60 trim to a Borg warner s366 and switched to e85 and went 4in full aluminum exhaust. I had my tuner do this thing and dynoed it made 490 at 16psi with out any issue. I drove it around for about a week then noticed it began to lean out like crazy above 4k. I took it back to him and he threw all the fuel at it no change. First thing I thought is secondaries arent firing, im trying to figure out how to check this first.

If anyone can help or point me in the right direction thanks!

I'm no expert with Power FCs but if it can log injector duty cycle per bank (i.e. separate log for primaries and secondaries) then it should be quite clear from the logged data.

If your secondaries weren't firing then you would get nothing above 3800 or so RPM..it would not allow you to go above that threshold.
If your tuner tuned it then take it back and have him fix the issue.
One thing I go by is that If I pay for a service I want to be happy with it.

If you drove it around fine for a week with no issues, its probably not the tune. Hows your fuel pressure?

fuel pump/ pressure

Thanks for the response guys I havent had time to keep looking into it as far as the tune its not it he threw all the fuel into it and no change goes lean. The pump is a 450 e85 less than a year old I doubt thats it but it could be. The FPR is a fuel lab it goes up in pressure by revving I dont know if it does with load I might have to put my go pro on the gauge and drive it.

I did bench test the fuel injectors they werent clogged is there any relays or fuses that trigger the secondaries besides the ecu?

Post duty cycle and fuel pressure under a load.

Found the issue guys the fuel pump strain was clogged.

Ah! The joys of alcohol.
My lawn equipment and boat love it too.

I didnt think to check the strain first since the pump is less than a year old. The e85 cleaned out my tank I bet.

Does E85 typically "clean out" a fuel system? I've never used that fuel in my life.

Its more corrosive, ive seen it eat some rubber lines before on other cars. Im guessing any dirt or crud it will take it off. My tank does look pretty clean now lol
