Can you confirm that you have source voltage with the key on at the fuel pump connector when the jumper pin is installed in the yellow connector next to the right side strut tower in the engine bay?

Check that you are getting proper voltage to the pump. Should the the Blue wire on the harness side of the connector and should read about 10V while cranking or you can jumper the test connector in the engine bay which should allow you to activated it without cranking I believe. Theres a write up on how you should rewire your fuel pump if you're getting low voltage. You should also check your fuel filter. Its too easy and too cheap to just not give it a shot.
