1988-91 Turbo tranny in to an N/A?
I was just wondering if you can bolt up a turbo tranny in to an n/a.
Tranny just went out in my 1988 so I figured the turbo one would be stronger and last longer.

Read the 2nd gen FAQ. At the bottom of the page it's all detailed out. You can use a TII trans on an NA engine, but then you need a TII flywheel, clutch, slave cylinder, starter & custom driveshaft to mate w/ the NA rear end. It's a bit of work/cash, but the TII transmission is far superior.

Now, you didn't get a reply the minute you posted because this is a question which is asked every 10 seconds. It is well covered in the 2nd gen FAQ, which is the first thing you should read before ever posting a question. Failing the FAQ, how about the search feature?
