13bt wont fire at all with microtech Ltx8

hi everyone
ive brought a series 4 engine and have wired in a microtech ltx8. ive done some research about timing etc and pretty sure thats all good ive got spark in all four leads and plugs.. im pretty sure injectors are wired in correctly ..
have turned it over and nothing at all. any suggestions? should I take off intake and double check fuel is coming out of injectors ? maybe faulty ecu ?

Nothing at all happens?

Does the Microtech show RPM and injector duty? Getting proper MAP readings?

Fuel pump running?

thanks for commenting Aaron.
i found that fuel wasnt going past the factory fuel pressure reg so i replaced it with a straight through fitting. so now theres fuel getting back to the tank with about 38 psi reading from after market fuel reg. now when i turn it over it sounds like it wants to start but doesnt get there

Same questions apply. Does the Microtech show reasonably correct cranking RPM? Injector duty?

Generally when something cranks, tries then fails it means the mixture is too lean.
