[FD3S] Wheel alignment problem
 

Hi everyone,
After a minor crash few days ago (I did hit a pavement), my FD had some exterior damages, but more importantly, some drivetrain damages, car steers to the left like hell, I know for sure the front left damper is damaged, since there's a leak, I did start by trying to do a wheel alignment, but everytime the guy would try to change the wheel alignment on rear left, it would go back to its original-after-crash values, so there is something damaged on the rear left as well, but I have no clue what, everything looks fine when lifting the car on the bridge :scratch:
Some guy I know told me to change the rear left stub axle for a start, some other guy said another thing, so I don't really know where to start...

Any suggestion or clues are welcome.

How bad is "minor"? If it is minor, you probably just out of alignment and the shop you took it to doesn't know what they are doing. Worse is you have suspension component damage. Even worse would be frame damage. If you say there is drivetrain damage and the shock is damaged and leaking, it doesn't sound too "minor". Post some pics.

I recon I did hit the pavement kinda hard, sadly I didn't have the idea to take under car pictures, here are pictures of exterior damages, it might help understand the situation better...

It's a unibody, so technically there's no frame. If gaps/shut-lines are still OK on the hatch, doors, hood etc., but it won't hold alignment, then you look at the suspension components and crossmember(s). Regardless, it's time for a competent collision shop with machines, gauges and spec books to deal with it. An alignment shop isn't what you need.

Sadly, we don't have that kind of shop here...

There is no auto body shop in France?

None are specialized in collisions, in my area at least :icon_tdow

Seriously though, from your pictures, I doubt you bent the frame, but you could have messed up the suspension and/or steering if you hit something hard. Pull the wheel and see what the suspension components look like (post more pics).

Ultimately, you will need to find a competent shop that can sort out your alignment. You need to seek out shops that deal with performance cars, not just any local garage.
