YES! Got my rex back... The Judge came through

You may remember I posted a thread a while back where I was looking for Judge Ito wondering were my car was... well I got it back and it was worth the wait. I now have a T04E-60, an Rtek 1.7, and an SAFC, in adddition to Ito's patented "pure distilled evil" streetport.

Man it hauls. He said it did 295hp and 205 lbs/ft on the dyno when he got it tuned - at only 9psi! (running it conservative since I'm on the stock IC) I'm a little scared of it now ;-)

There's still a lot I need to do - I want to get 17*8/9 FN01R-C's because the stock rubber can't really put down all that power. It badly needs some minor bodywork and a new coat of paint, an alignment, and it's massively overdue for inspection. But hell, it pulls like the Space Shuttle.

I will probably get a Greddy boost controller to bring it up around 12lbs, then get it dyno'd again. If anyone needs a brutal motor built, Ito works at New Mother's Performance in Lodi NJ now, on Rte 46.

PS: Anyone know any good alignment shops in North Jersey?

"a car alignment place" in fairfield NJ, they are in the yellow pages......guy is VERY VERY good, did my 240 with full adjustable suspension

Excellent thanks for the tip vosko.

Chris, thank you very much for being patient. I'm still in between selling my shop and working at new mothers/real deal motorsports. I will come through for every single customer I have. ONE AT A TIME..

Vhold - I am glad at least You got your car back running. It only took you what???? I am the one that took 15 months only to have missing parts, uninstalled parts, dents, scratches, dings, and a low compression engine. My car came back worse than when it got there. I ended up losing thousands of dollars.

Judge Ito 11-05-05 07:31 PM

Jerry if you still feel that way .. all I could do is apologize..

Rotaryhaven 11-05-05 09:05 PM

Apologies are not enough.

I don't want to hijack this thread but there is some money you owe me for the parts missing and some installations you never finalized. I, in good faith paid you ALL monies and labor. Plus my car is all scratched up and dings and dents....

A refund is in order to me....If you need details then I can PM you of what I need to finalize our ordeal....

Vhold - I am sorry, I hope you understand.....

Do you happen to know the A/R on that turbo that you are running? What was the AFR's from the dyno?

vhold 11-09-05 11:21 AM

Jerry,

It's OK, just because I start a thread doesn't mean I own it. Honestly I am dealing with some similar issues though the motor seems rock solid. Someone ripped off my warning light surround, ashtray, and spare while it was sitting in his old lot, he is replacing them but I haven't picked them up yet. I guess yours was one of the other cars that got broken into?

95nracer,

No I don't have detailed specs on the turbo. All I know is that it's a T04E-60, it was a new one he'd had around for a while, apparently it was for a drag racer project that never got going. Ito may have more specific information.
