Anyone really experienced w/ vacuum hoses for an FD? Or know of a shop that will charge less than 500 for a vacuum hose job? because I need money for gas to get down to NC!thx!my number is 301-518-2362! call me!

Just out of curiosity from an FB driver, what is it about the FD that makes doing the vacuum hoses a $500 job?

I did my 85 12a for around $20 including beer and lunch.

There are probably 100 mores hoses on the FD than your FB, and 70or so of them have to be perfect
