***The apartment is available for move-in immediately, and the rent has been paid through the end of January so the first rent payment would be due at the beginning of February.***

As you can see from the pictures, the apartment was newly renovated when we moved in back in November of 2007, to include hardwood floors, marble countertops and all new stainless steel kitchen appliances. There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer, but there is a laundromat right up the street, two blocks away.

The apartment is located in a nice quiet neighborhood on a dead end street overlooking the Empire State Building, on top of the hill above the Lincoln Tunnel. Easy access to the bus into NYC, and it's a short cab ride over the bridge into Hoboken.

The apartment is a 3BR 1 bath. The single bathroom hasnt been a problem thus far, I am in pharma hospital sales so get up fairly early and Mike is a sous chef in NYC and usually goes to work in the afternoon. The room available is approx 10x9 feet, and is at the front of the apartment off of the living room. It gets very good light in the morning and overlooks the street.

***Please note that although the pictures of the room available have furniture, the room will come unfurnished***

Rent is $750 per month, internet/cable/utilities comes to around $75-125 each per month. There is a security deposit of 1 month's rent as well. The lease is up on November 1st, there should be an option to stay on for the following year. We have no pets, but the landlord will allow pets on a case by case basis.
