Mid-PA Mini-Dragon Meet
What's up 7club. I've been hosting a mini meet up with rx8's for a few years now and figured I'd invite some faster doritos.
This is the fifth time hosting this meet up but it's the same as last time. Saturday May 8th 2021 (rain date would be the 15th) 9am at Buddys Buddy's Log Cabin Family Restaurant, (97 Tremont Rd, Pine Grove, PA 17963) A few of us meet up at a local arbys to carivan to buddy's if interested 7:45am meet up at Arbys, (7720 Main St, Fogelsville, PA 18051) Main meet up will be at Buddy's Log Cabin Family Restaurant, (97 Tremont Rd, Pine Grove, PA 17963) around 9am for brunch. There is a gas station a few miles north of Buddy's on 125 Then drive the mini-dragon on this path(or one close to it). (replace xxx with www) https://xxx.google.com/maps/dir/Budd...2541!3e0?hl=en About route 125(drive at your own limits) Rt 125 is equal parts scenic and challenging. Coming down the mountain on the Shamokin side there are some serious downhill hairpins that you need to pay attention to, so stay within your limits and pay attention to the road! On a nice day there may be some amount of sport bike traffic, so watch out for our two wheeled friends and be aware that they will be looking to pass (no matter how quick you may be going :-)). Bottom line, pay attention to the road and your surroundings and everyone will have a great day! I've done PA125 a few times in my FC, so I'd be up for this if I'm free that weekend.

I'm certainly up for some spring time fun(who isn't these days) with a rx8/ fc. It's a bit of a drive from ohio, but can't knock a decent road closer than tail of the dragon. Is it worth a short 2 day trip?
[edit] going off some past footage, I plan to show up if I can(a day of fun and some handshakes is enough for me). |
