Keep in mind that I won't be needing very much of ANYTHING that Mazda put under the hood, nor will I need the ECU. I doubt it would be all that difficult to make the swap. What the hard part is for me is putting together the $ to get all the GM parts I need - that's gonna take awhile

I hope it works out for you. It'd be better for me to find someone who needs more than just the motor anyway, cause I have lots of stuff I won't need and I really have no interest in parting out/shipping every single piece.

Differential: 3.7 LSD

fastest ive gotten was 150 MPH at 5200RPM leaving me another thousand or so until redline.

I have a metric assload of FC interior parts that I basically want to give away for very very cheap. Several boxes of black/blue interior parts. I'm only asking 50 bucks for all of it. You could probably part the stuff out and make more but I really don't want to store it or deal with it. I have a set of grey leather, blue leather and the driver side black leather door panels and tons of other misc interior parts/gauge clusters/switches/spare/aluminum jacks/etc. and any interior parts you want to pick off of my now defunct white car, for a small additional price.

got it. the 86.5-88 model had a 6500 redline with a 3.9 diff that most were smart and replaced with the 3.7. mine STOCK does have a 6250 redline but mine specifically actually has almost hit 7000 before. hence my 70 in 2nd gear. I wont stand behind any number other than stock numbers until the car is fully fixed and can dyno it to see what it really gets.

Basically I've got everything piled in the truck right now. It's all going up to bel air tonight to go into my storage space. If you want I can stop along 95 somewhere at about 3pm and you can look through the boxes. other wise I'ma haul *** up there and dump this stuff out of the truck then come back home. I need the space right now.
Hey i am starting to get desperate to find a Throttle Body for a S5 Turbo. bent mine up putting it into the engine bay like a month ago and now i cant find a new one. If anyone has one hit me up please.
