have a flat bed in md?

Iv been trying to get my car running for a while now.
Decided its time to give up and take it to the shop
its running, but my cooling system is still F'd so I don’t want to drive it

Does anyone have a flatbed I could borrow to tow it to the mechanic?

I have a big van with a hitch so I can tow it myself and am willing to compensate you for helping me out

I’m in MD near Rockville, Silver Spring, Wheaton, Glenmont

---live off Randolph rd, Georgia ave, Connecticut ave for reference (zip 20906)

if anyone near by could help out I would greatly appreciate the favor

have you tried Uhaul? they should have flatbeds or atleast dollies!

Yeah Uhaul is probably your best bet. I wish I had one to help you out man. Kinda off topic but my parents are from that same area off Randolph Road

I didnt know uhaul had them, guess Ill check them out

went with a uhaul and got their "auto transport"

when I got it home my car was to low to fit onto the ramps (its not lowered, though it is an old car so it probably dropped at least a little due to wear)

had to build myself a ramp up to their ramps, and then take it with me to the shop so I could get it back off

never towed anything before, the van is already 4 rows so to throw that on the back all the sudden I’m driving something huge

really wasn’t that bad, as long as you don’t need to back up...
