20B NA BP semi-PP ITBs
Alright!! Throttle bodies arrived today. After a total stuff around by a "prototype" CNC shop that stuffed my trumpet tools and then wanted double to make the throttle bodies, I told them to stuff it and went to APEX CNC on the Gold Coast.
Couldn't be happier, they are are exactly what I had in my head (and autocad i guess) and he was more than helpful and had great communication. Will be getting them to do any CNC stuff from now on.
Some pics!!

Progress.
Engine is now back in the car.
Exhaust is on. (needs work as its touching now)
Link G4 ecu Is almost finished wiring in. I put some power on it and it seems ok.
Engine loom will go back on tomorrow, and should be able to start testing all the wiring through the link.
I love that fact that you can test every sensor, coil, injector BEFORE any attempt to start.
I'm getting keen!!!!!

I'm not running a slide. It's just 6 ITB. I did the CAD file myself and had a CNC shop machine it. $500 for maching and the throttle plates and shafts were around $400. Plus about $600 for trumpets.
So $1500 it cost me.

Thanks. I've done about 80ks so far and love it!!! It still has a way to go, but that's ok. Currently driving it on all 6 itbs at once,(no staging) and although it's difficult for low throttle tuning, it drives just fine.
I've had to increase low throttle % resolution in the map due to the fact that light throttle driving literally uses anywhere from .5-3% throttle!
I guess that's the result of effectively a 65mm throttle per housing!
The intake noise on the street is just amazing.
