OP, did you end up going to anyone in the Colorado?
I would trailer my build down to Steve Kan, but he advised against it due to the altitude difference.

I can tune powerFC's and am in colorado springs if you guys are interested. I can refer you to people I have tuned here for references. I think I have done a good 20-30 tunes or more.
