March '09 KC RX Meet

Beware the Ides of March... as a whole mess (hopefully) of RX's will be terrorizing Shelter 8 at Shawnee Mission Park at 3pm. For those of you who slept through high school english, the date is the 15th of March.

Thanks Clint. I hope it warms up so you can get all the parts on. I'll probably show up to at least one of the two gatherings in March. I kind of wish I had come to the last gathering with the 20b. It was nice to have a 20b 7 to keep the V8 7 guy from feeling too cocky.

^ Chuckle* Glad I could do my part.

Matt, are you the guy I talked to before about the NPG+? Must be. I can't imagine there are too many FDs in Baldwin using it.

Yes sir. I'm still in Baldwin and still using NPG+ . Glad to see you got your 20B project going so well. That's quite a large project. I hope I catch you at one of these get togethers. I'd love to hear that 20b sing. I might have a few questions too.

Maybe. Eudora would be a good central (Lawrence, Eudora, Baldwin, Wellsville) place to meet if taking K10. K10 is no fun to drive with all the HiPo's though. Kansas will probably waste their stimulus money on more cops too so they can tax us more with tickets. I may chicken out if the weather is bad. I'm ready for spring already.

If I can get the rear big brake installed, along with the SSRs on the widebody, then inspected and tagged, I'll try and make it, if not there's always the next one.

Yea. It looks like $35 or $40 depending on number of cars. This is the wrong thread though. See page 2 of this thread...

so, what is the count for the 15th, remember this is just a meet/cruise not the dyno day, that is on the 22nd.

Nobody was at shelter 8 when I got there, but then again, I didn't arrive until 4:30.

cars still down and out due to farmers insurance being a bunch of a-holes. Maybe in a few weeks to another month.
