worth switching to haltech?
 

the more i tinker around with microtech, the more i learn of its quirks and disadvantages.

Its probably the best ECU in terms of obedience, but as far as keeping up with the other companeis its just not cutting it anymore.

I'm not looking for all out power, I'm daily driving my 7 and not having any type of closed loop option sucks. 16x16 map is alright, except when fine tuning the staging of larger injectors.

Just curious if anyone has done the switch and can offer any advice? I won't do it for quit a while or may not at all. I"m just considering it. I guess I could just tinker with my fueling until I get the desired AFRs for city driving... :P
