When Sending Ems To Microtech??
 

when i ship the ems to microtech do i need to pay for a two way trip???? or just for the ems to get to them???

That makes sense. I do not have any first hand experience with returning anything Microtech but you should check with them directly. Your likely to pay for tw0-way shipping providing the product Isn't defected and under warranty.

just gor mine I paid to get there and they paid to ship it back
thats how they wanted it done was cheper to on the way back,

I guess they included the shipping charge for that in upgrade cost

How long did it take for them to recieve it and you getting is back ? reason I ask is because I was told that everything thats come from other country to autralia it sit at customs for awhile. Which ecu you sent back and have you installed it ? I herd that all the LT's when you send them back for upgrades or repairs when thay send them back they come back with the new 32x32 masp software . let me know

haven't installed it yet,

took longer to get there got stuck in their customsfor couple days, I send 2 of them my lt10 and friends ltx12 and put insurance of 2k usd and they had to pay some duty charge,

got it back very fast they shipped it the last day before they closed for holidays and I got it couple days before new year,

it was steep to ship from tx with fedex 104usd with 2k insurance for both,

I think was arund 50 ausd to ship it back, my friend has the bill will find out exactly how much everything was in the next couple days

anyhow it was little less then 20 days there and back

did you talk to them before you sent it? because i want to speak to them but theyre closed until the 12th... and if i ship it today it will get there on the 13th.. but theyre still closed so i dont know what to do..

If you go the microtech website your dealing with a dealer.

well i sent it to the address down there.. and microtech doesnt open until the 12th but the package wont get there until the 14th... did i sent it to the wrong place??

You sent it to a microtech dealer. It will still be repaired, just take longer. They all end up putney one way or another. Just depends if its direct or via someone.
