What TPS to use - MIcrotech LT8S - FC3S

So the car is an FC, engine is 13BT. Is there a broader range and more accurate TPS Sensor I can use with the Microtech to better calibrate things with? The stock single piston (S4) TPS has a range of something like "idle", "partial throttle" and "WOT" after 60% throttle I believe. Is there something with better range then this such as the GM or Ford type sensors? Thanks.

I used this

Ebay ford Tps $24

TPS is only used for idle. Stock one works fine.

I don't plan on using one :)

So how does the ECU know the amount of throttle load? I know its MAP based but can't it be used in conjuntion with some kind of throttle positioning sensor to increase accuracy?

anyone?

stock tps is gd for stock ports, but once you have large overlap you are better of with a more acurate tps since load map is more accurate with the tps signal than the map signal.

mind you in saying that, mine is only reading a range of aprox 25% throtle. so maybe a gd one that reads 60% of the throtle will work a treat.
