The map may be alittle rich.

But let it warm up to 80 Degrees before shutting it off.
OK?
If it wont warm up to 80 degrees you need to fix that problem first before anymore tuning.

Put the WHOLE of this map in.
Not just sections of it.

On the LOAD MAP where you have "2psi ~ 2.3" is that correct or should it be 3.3? Also, the %Stage is currently set to 99% and I can't move it down pass %77 percent without the car stalling. That was the last setting I entered so I was almost done but the car still doesn't start when it's hot so I will have to wait for it to cool and then I will send you a log of how it's running now.

Here is the data log of how it's running now. I can't get the Idle map as rich as you want it. It bogs down and runs horribly if I move the numbers any closer to what you want. Here is a screen shot of the current Idle map.

The car runs smooth until about 2500 RPM and then the exhaust starts popping and it gets worse the higher I rev it. It seems to be running a lot worse under load too.

Let me know what you want me to change from here.

You need to insert the whole map.
The way it is.

ANd do it while the car is off.
And then start it.

Put the car in ignition. Insert the map INCLUDING THE STG% 50.

This is vital otherwise the map dosnt work.

Ok. I put in everything exsactly as you said without the car running and tried starting it and it would run for a second then die. So I turned the idle up a bit and recalibrated the TPS and that worked but when I press the accelerator it stalls the car. Here is the datalog at 80 degrees.

I saved your tune so I could come back to it later and then I tried HIMNI Racing's tune because his setup looks close to mine except his secondary injectors and his looks closer to stock. So I input his and then made tweaked the idle and load maps and I get the car to idle smooth, rev very clean and hold an a high RPM very clean, but I still can't get it to do a hot start. I am guess I need to change the crank map and I tweeked with it but I couldn't figure it out so I put it back where it was. I attached the changed maps and the data log and here is HIMNI Racing's tune:







This isn't a base map but it seems like a good place to post it anyway.

This is my tuned map that I'm using right now. It's clean and pulls hard.

The car has retarded amounts of mods but I belive these are the biggest variables for AFR....

Stage 3 street ported S5 engine,FMIC, T04B Turbo (60 a/r comp,1.16 a/r hotside, P-trim) , 720cc pri. & 880cc sec. injectors, 40 psi static fuel pressure with RRFPR (1:1 ratio) Aeromotive fuel filter, walbro 255, 3" + exhaust, Low boost setting 14.7psi...High boost setting 16.2psi

No offense. But their is not a chance in hell you have 1700cc injectors.
Thats why the map i gave you dosnt work.

If the map above is working.

you have 1000cc seondaries at best.

Sorry for the confusion, but I never said I had 1700cc injectors. In the paperwork that came with the car there is a receipt for a Turbonectic 60-1 turbo, Micro Tech LT-4, a rebuilt 91 street port turbo motor, and bosch 1600cc injectors. I just assumed they all went in one car. I have everything else, if the injectors aren't in the car then where are they?

So assuming this is close to the correct tune for this car. How do I fix the hot start problem?

Also your primaries are not standard.
I would not be suprised if you have the same injectors that he does or very close.

Here is a Data log I took driving around the block. I tried adjusting the load map but I can't get it right. When I hit 0 HG the car just cuts out on me. I am not sure if it's flooding or starving for fuel. Judging from the first part of the load map, can you tell me what the rest of it should look like?

I cant really help you mate.

You need to tell me what your injectors are.
