Trouble shooting codes?

With the stock ECU we know we can track codes...but with the MT, can the same be said or simular?

Yep.

On the handset go to the ECUid screen (I think) and scroll left. You have two "error checking" screens.

On the software, go into the "Data gauges" screen, and click on "Show ECU status", and you'll see an error readout.
