How to connect AEM Domb Coils to LTX8

Im curious as what is the prescribed way to connect the AEM/IGN dumb coils to a LTX8?

Ok simple question. Do you use the ecu wires to provide the ground for the coil directly?

Dumb coils require an igniter. Do you have one?

LTX8 has an internal igniter
