Okay here is my problem. My motor has maybe 100 hours of running it does not burn coolant or oil(levels are fine and it does not smoke)it has 120 psi comp and it start right up but after running it for a while it wont start, the reason is that is fouling the spark plugs,i took out the 2 leading spark plugs and the front rotor is burning darker looks like is getting a lot of fuel and on the rear rotor the plug is cleaner tan in color so my question is,could this be a fuel problem?Maybe the front rotor is getting more fuel than the rear one?Tunning?the car has not see any positive pressure and is running on a base map.One injector flowing more fuel than the other?Any ideas of what to do or how to fix it,make it run better?

Motor is a HB running 680 1600 injector combo.

Yeah your getting way to much fuel, need to adjust the fuel on the idle table.

You have to pull some fuel out of the idle. The base maps i put are not gona work for every single engine.

What they said. But I'd also be worried about the difference in plug colour. Have you had the injectors flow tested? There is a pretty dramatic difference between those two plugs. The brown one looks about right, the black one looks crazy rich.

I am sending my 680CC injectors to get service. If they come back good i will put them back and lean the idle out,if they are junk i have another set off 1600 that i will install as primaries and just run 4 1600cc.Thanks guys

joeylyrech im seeing the same difference with my plugs so i just wanted to know if getting your injectors cleaned did anything to help your problem.

:dunno:

Most likely your injectors flowing alittle more then the other.

Cleaning them wont fix the injector if the injector itself has not been correctly matched.

It could also be a difference in compression.
