New to MicroTech! Info please!

hey guy and girls. i was just curious if anyone could kinda help me out on the handset tuner, so i can kinda understand it a lil better. i'm running lt-8 i'm just on a base map right now till spring when i dyno tune, but i would love to actually know how to use it! :)
