New microtech?

Hey guys, Im kinda new to this part of the forum. My car is down for a new motor/streetport blah blah. And i was talkign to my mech at mazsport and he said I will be getting the new version of microtech's LTX8. He mentioned something about "S".
Im just trying to figure out what the difference is?
Thanks,
Ben

EDIT: does microtech have a www?

Not a real site. There's quite a few fake one's posing as the "official" site though.

I think the S version has been out for awhile too.

the offical site is

www.microtechefi.com

the rest that claim they are offical are full of shit

there is no more LTX8 ecus, they have been replaced with the LT10s which comes standard with a ign booster and work a treat

Dale got a question for ya re: the LT10S.

I'm thinking about getting one soon, so say I buy the actual ECU ~$1.2k. Then I need the external ignition box? ~$150 and then 4 coils?

is that it?
and i would only need one X4 ignition box for a 13b?

the LT10s comes with the ign box standard, you dont have to purchase it,

the LT10s is $1395aud
4 coils is $225aud

i see your in darwin,

just pm me on ausrotor or email me
