Hi all, I’m replacing my old Siemens 850cc injectors with new injector dynamics 850 cc, will I be able to drive this car to the shop for a tune or Do I need a tow? Car was fully tuned and runnning well, but due to a fuel leak In the primary injectors and fuel rail, I’m replacing them. Car has a microtech 10 lt-10s. Some info on the injectors. as long as the new ones are low imp as well, you will be ok
The new injectors are high imp. |
I dont think your microtech will run high imp. injectors?? not positive though
Microtech runs both high and low you'll be fine drive it easy to the dyno but if in doubt just tow it.
Thank you all, I will be installing the new rail and injectors probably next weekend, I will take a short drive and see how it feels, the car will be going for a tune anyway, I got a aem methanol system for my birthday :ylsuper:
yeah, you can even run a pair of high and a pair of lows, it's one thing that microtech did right.
Injectors and in but now the car wont start, I guess i will towing to the shop.
Why wouldnt it run?
It was the connections in the microtech, they needed some cleaning. |
