Need help, no crank signal to coils...

Hello,

I wired up my series 6 LT10 with x4 according to this diagram: http://microtechefi.com/download/LTX10_13B.pdf onto my series 4 t2. I went to start it yesterday and no luck. i noticed that the coils are firing. I have my switch positive to my coils, just not getting a signal. The car was running with the CAS that is in there when i was running my rtek 1.7. The only wire i have connected differently is i dont have the pink ignition on wire hooked up to the coils, but to my switched fuel pump feed.

I also find it confusing that i am only using 3 of the 4 wire from the ecu to the CAS and have the White and the White/black wire soldered together into the black wire going back to the ecu. I also found it weird that i dont have Green, Red, Yellow, Blue wires from the ecu. mine are Green, Red, Black and White.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated,

Izzy

Can you confirm that you are getting a flashing orange light on the microtech when cranking?

I figured it out. The wiring coming from the lt10-s was in the wrong locations on the plug. The only wires in the correct spot were the ground wires.
