Migrating TPS setting :)

Nothing horrible, just slightly irratating. Thermox/cold start assist is still in place, BAC is removed. About every two weeks or so I have to dial in the TPS on the laptop. It ranges from 35-45 and we all know the range for getting the asterick (sp?) is ~3. Ideas? Temps are staying the same, I'm doing this when the car has been fully warmed up.

My only guess is the thermowax isn't fully opening/disengaging at times causing the variations, just wanted to toss the scenario out in the water and see what fish pops up.

:D

On a side note, seeing that this reply will make more views ;) , another question came into mind. Do the crank values need to be what they are in a car that retains the thermowax? I may do a test of removing all of those values. :)

So removing the extra supplied fuel during crank resulted in one thing in my car with an unmodded TB.

It started up quicker...like the third revolution instead of the seventh or eighth.

Thats one thing i've been playing with alot lately aswell, the cranking settings, i've now got my fresh (0km still) rebuilt engine which has pretty pathetic compression to start nearly instantly..

Just takes alot of trial and error testing thats all.. :)
