Which Microtech To order
 

I just bought a S4 TII. Pulling the engine and rebuilding/steetporting it with Judge Ito templates I just bought. Which microtech should I buy? A freind is a microtech dealer and getting it at cost.

What do you plan to do with your car? It really depends on what you are looking for out of your EMS.

Maybe race at Las Vegas Speedway once in a while. They open it up for 1/4 mile drags every 2 weeks. And also want a nice streetable setup

I will install the stock turbo/ecu untill my engine is break-in is done. Then i will do the swap to a microtech and bigger turbo

Sounds fairly simple... I would think the LT8S is sufficient for what you would want from the computer.

Almost too easy. If you have no prior experience wiring up anything before (like me), then just follow the Microtech manual and it's still almost too easy.
