But in the meanwhile, I did this to alleviate the idle drop.

Now I'm in the process to purchase a vacuum solenoid and use it to create a leak bypassing the throttle body. This in theory should bump the idle.

The Toyota has an adjustable valve I'll be trying. Maybe 2. One for lights and the second for A/C.
I may need to use them parallel to create the appropriate amount of bump.

You're going to have to go old-school and connect an idle up valve to your A/C controls so that when the switch is set to turn A/C on, the engine is idled up.

The Microtech is too crude to control the system properly.
