Microtech Lt8 and Wideband AF
I have an A microtech Lt8 with the harness adapter and a Innovate LC-1 wideband. Do i hook up the wideband ecu output from the LC-1 to the stock narrowband input on the car? Will the lt8 read the wideband and do so accurately? Is there anykind calibration required?

Also when hooking up the map sensor do you still need the stock map sensor to be connected, becuae i dont have the stock map sensor.

The LT8 only accepts a narrowband O2 signal. You need to connect the simulated narrowband signal from the LC-1 to the LT8s.
Not sure about what you are referring to with the MAP sensor. The Microtech uses it's own MAP sensor which needs to be plumbed to a vacuum source on the manifold. The stock sensor is just there to drive the dash gauge at that point. |
stock map sensor not required for microtech.

Thanx guys. much appreciated

My car has the LM-1 kit on it. |
Some widebands have a simulated narrowband output. They translate the 0-5V of the wideband to the familiar 0-1V of the narrowband. This is so you only have to run one sensor.
