oh and the orange light is flashing so that means the CAS is wired correctly right?

where do the plugs go that went to the stock harness that plug in before the stock ECU? there is like 2 big plugs in the kick panel area that i dont have plugged in do i need these?

start looking at how you wired your coils. The coils to me was the hardest part. I'm sure you've already done this but go back and check and re check and then check again to make sure you didn't goof any of the wiring up.

does the tach output wire need to be hooked up to the trailing coil or is that optional? and does any of the factory wires need to be hooked up to the coils or is it just the microtech harness that needs to be connected to them?

The Microtech programming manual says that the flashing light indicates an error. That is the master warning liight and to refer to error log screens (screen 33)

The tach output wire is for an external tach.

ok well i figured it out...you must have to have the stock wires still connected to the coils cause i connected them and it started up....it ran for like 20 min then it pushed the o-ring out of one of the secondary injectors and it started spraying fuel all over!!!

id be thinking twice before you post.

flashing red light indicates an error. a flashing orange light on crank indicates computer is recieving crank signal.

If I posted incorrectly, I apoligize, however, what I posted came directly from the manual word for word and I just read it again don't see anything about a flashing orange light. I posted what I did thinking someone may be color blind, (like my dad), and see it as orange instead of red. I found what I posted on page 5 at the bottom of the page of the Installation and programming guide.
