LTX8 and 13BRE TPS

Hello,

I'm in the process of finishing up the wiring of the above and ran into some confusion re: the TPS.

1. Is it advisable to use the RE's TPS as opposed to the S4 or S5 TPS? I know the RE has the full sweep. I know one person in the forum that used the S4 TPS instead? Are there compatibility issues?

2. If so, how is it wired to the LTX8? Do I follow the guidelines/connections of the 20B in Microtech's diagram?

Any advise or direction is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

We're using a Holley TPS that came off a pontiac grand am or dodge stratus (can't remember) on our throttle body (from Injection Perfection). It uses a fullsweep, but the car hasn't been run long enough for me to give you a full opinion on using a full sweep TPS. The car has only been run for a few minutes tops. I'll let you know more in the next few days. As for the wiring? I just figured it out using a voltmeter.

I used the -RE TPS. What is the motor? Is it an -RE? Id just use the one that was originally on the engine.
