LT12x Question Please help.
 
Would like to know if I can run this ecu on e85 and how big can I go with injectors.

Well, E85 is just fuel. The ECU in general doesn't know nor care UNLESS you are trying to have it automatically adjust for different blends of fuel. Otherwise if you want to run E85 then you will tune it for E85.

As for injector size, it depends on how much power you are trying to make. In general injector size should be about 50% bigger than equivalent gasoline as stoich for E85 is 9.75:1 vs. gasoline at 14.7:1.

I have been told that I can't go bigger than 1600cc and would like to confirm that.

You can run whatever injector size you want.

But with very large injectors, you are going to reduce the control you have over fuel because the Microtech can only shorten the pulsewidth by so much. With E85 though, you do need more fuel so that is less of an issue than with gasoline.
