LT10s in FD for only fuel and ignition, and stock ecu for everything else?

Hi guys,

I'm busy putting an LT10s in my FD and was wondering if anyone has any experience with wiring the LT10s to control only ignition and fueling, maybe boost too, and leaving the stock ECU to control the rest.
That way there is less chance of other ECU controlled things going wrong from the microtech, and there's less running through the microtech's brain too.

Feedback and criticism(constructive) will be appreciated.

Thanks,
James81

what else runs through the stock ECU on FD's?

most everything like headlights and so on is not run through the ECU its a simple switch and wire circuit. (at least on the FC)

Yes its a good way to install a microtech in a fd. Other wise you will loose everything.
