Hi there. I need help. I downloaded the micro tech lt program on my laptop for my microtech lt10s When I plug it in and connect it only does for a split second then disconnects. I can’t get it to connect. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Have you double checked to ensure the connection to your laptop dongle is secure?

I don’t have the dongle. You can’t just plug in the USB into the laptop?

No, you need to use the Microtech Laptop dongle.
