i need help for LT10
 

i just get trouble for LT10.
and that's what i get......

The PINK Ignition 12v wire and GREEN Fuel Pump Trigger wire were both wired to same 12v power source.
The GREEN Fuel Pump trigger wire is a GROUND.
Is this caused a short inside the MT?
When wired up correctly, the MicroTech (MT) would not turn on and would 'click' constantly.
When hooked the GREEN wire up to a power source the MT turned on.
This is not the correct way for it to operate?:scratch:
but if it works it i will save you the cost and time of having the MT repaired.
i still do not know if the car will start with the wires connected this way, but the MicroTech does now "Power On".

some people shouldnt be allowed to do wiring period.

WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU CONNECT AN EARTH TRIGGER TO A 12V? SERIOUSLY?

For gods sake some people.

NOW. Make sure your RED WIRE HAS 12V ALL THE TIME!
Connect your Pink wire to 12V IGNITION.
MAKE SURE BOTH YOUR BROWN wires on the microtech harness are grounded(use multimeter and do a continuity test between brown wires and chassis).

The green wire must go to a relay that POWERS THE FUEL pump.


So you have a relay with 4 pins on it.

PIN 87 GOES to positive on battery
PIN 86 goes to IGNITION(you can tap into pink wire)
PIN 85 goes directly to GREEN WIRE and nothing in between
PIN 30 goes directly to the positive of fuel pump


If the above does not work then send it back get it repaired, and when you get it back, dont wreck it again.

On the all the microtech websites, officially their isnt one.
What do you need to know i can help you out.

There is more truth in this statement then you will ever know....


Wiring is the same as the LT8 except that the LT10 has more aux ins and outs...

Fuel pump relay wiring is the same.

i wired mine like that but to a switched ground and when i turn on the switch i turns on the pump and the mt works great
