Is this a good deal on a microtech LTX-12?

Hello all. I have been offered all this for $1000.

It is setup for an s5 and I am s4, so I think I would have to get it reflashed. What does that cost? Is this a good deal or should I let it pass?

I looked on the motechs website and it seems that they dont make it any more.... that kind of scares me that this might be an older model or something... ?

Thanks.

Not a bad deal

This is not a bad deal, but it is a older unit. I believe the LTX-12 is a 16-bit system, and the LT-12S is a 32-bit system. So just newer technology inside the physical piece of equipment. You need to verify the ECU has the AFR/Wideband feature turned on for it to work. Another question you should ask the person your purchasing the unit from is what features are activated. Just so you are aware of what you are getting into.

Good luck.

FYI: Buying used electronics is always questionable so be very careful.
