going lean at any throttle

have 88 T2 with microtech. Steve Kan tuned the microtech a little while back, and i don't really drive the car a whole lot, although its always ran well. I get in one day and the idle is really low and when i tried to drive away it goes lean, so i pulled it back up on the driveway.
HEre is what i got so far.
If i pull the fuel off there is whoosh of air rather than a good deal of fuel with pressure.
With the microtech i am able to fool around with fuel at idle and stuff, so i can make it idle at 12.5 but any throttle will sweep lean on my wide band.
I just swapped in another fuel pump and it is still identicle.
Seems the FPR hold vaccuum it looks like...
Some reason im thinking regulator or dampner?
any help is appreceated before i just go and throw parts at it.

A lot of things could make the car run lean. You could start with the fuel filter, even though that's probably not it; since that should be changed regularly anyway. Since you don't drive your car a lot I'm gonna make a wild guess and say clogged injectors.

well, the injectors are only 4 months old along with almost every mod on the car. And its not that is like lean driving around, if i start the car with no load just sitting there and press the pedal, the car goes lean right with the rpm needle, they both sweep at the same time :)
Anyway, i also ohm metered the injectors and they are good. I will replace the fuel filter next.
Any ideas would be great.

serious, no thoughts?

Could be a problem with the microtech or the fuel map. highly doubtful though...

I'll move this thread to the Microtech subforum. You should have more help there...

clean the injectors out. or bad batch of fuel.
